Many other platforms offer "VIP" programs that are in reality nothing more than empty labels with no meaningful benefits. At jom99, we believe loyal players deserve more than just a title — they deserve genuinely different treatment and a better gaming experience every single day.
The jom99 VIP Program is designed not merely as a marketing campaign, but as a long-term commitment to players who choose jom99 as their primary platform. From the moment you reach Bronze tier all the way to the Diamond pinnacle, every tier upgrade unlocks more tangible and meaningful benefits.
What sets jom99 VIP apart is the authenticity of its benefits. A personal account manager is not just a phone number — they are an individual who understands your gaming habits, helps you manage your account, processes special requests, and ensures your experience is always seamless. This is not an automated service; it is a genuine personal relationship.
Cashback, upgrade bonuses, and reward points are calculated transparently and can be reviewed directly in your account dashboard. No hidden conditions to complicate redemption – what you see is what you get.
Each VIP tier unlocks additional benefits designed to enhance your gaming experience.
A dedicated account manager who understands your needs and is ready to assist 24 hours a day.
Automatically get back a portion of your weekly losses directly into your account.
VIP members enjoy higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits compared to standard accounts.
Access to dedicated Live Casino tables reserved for VIP members with higher wagering limits.
Accumulate reward points faster with multipliers based on your VIP tier.
Special bonuses and surprise gifts await you on your birthday every year.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are prioritised and processed faster than standard accounts.
Selected Diamond and Platinum members receive invitations to exclusive events hosted by jom99.
Every deposit you make accumulates points towards your next VIP tier.
VIP tier upgrades at jom99 happen automatically based on your cumulative deposit amount within a set period. No separate application is needed — our system continuously monitors your eligibility and your tier will be updated automatically once the requirements are met.
Every ringgit you deposit counts towards your VIP eligibility. This means every gaming session — whether in Slots, Casino, Sports Betting, or any other section — contributes to your VIP journey.
VIP tiers are typically calculated over a 30 or 90-day period depending on current policy. To maintain your VIP status, consistent play activity is key. Check your current VIP status in your account dashboard to track your progress.
Accumulated reward points can be redeemed for gaming credit bonuses. Check the "Rewards" section in your jom99 account to view your current points balance.
